A rapper Cardi B é a líder de indicações ao BET Awards 2026. Ela recebeu seis nomeações, por conta de seu segundo álbum, “AM I THE DRAMA?”. Ela concorre como melhor álbum, melhor artista feminina de hip-hop, melhor colaboração, escolha da audiência, direção de clipe do ano e Fashion Vanguard Award.

Outros destaques da lista do BET Awards incluem Kendrick Lamar e Mariah teh Scientist, cada um com cinco indicações, e Doechii, Doja Cat, Clipse, Teyana Taylor, Olivia Dean e Latto, com quatro nomeações cada.

“Todos os nossos indicados representam o melhor da cultura negra na música, no cinema, nos esportes e muito mais, e com a introdução do Fashion Vanguard Award e do Prêmio Pulse, temos orgulho de homenagear ainda mais as maneiras pelas quais nossa cultura continua a se manifestar e evoluir”, diz Connie Orlando, vice-presidente executiva de especiais, programação musical e estratégia musical da BET.
